DJ Ian Head & Verbal Math Drop New Single “Spacey”
The first release on the label this year comes from DJ Ian Head and emcee Verbal Math (aka Dollabin) with their track Spacey.
Originally recorded sometime in the late 2000s, re-recorded in 2011, and then buried on hard drives for years, Spacey has finally seen the light of day.
Built on futuristic sounds with classic sample-based production from Ian Head, Verbal Math calmly weaves sci-fi metaphors into hope-filled bars, creating a track that feels both timeless and forward-looking.
We love unearthing old gems, and this one definitely deserved an official release after all these years.
Spacey is lifted from Brooklyn Nostalgia, DJ Ian Head’s forthcoming digital EP, dropping in full on 20th February.
