🚚 Shipping Policy
Packaging
We use high-quality vinyl mailers with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection.
Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives safely.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will not ship until stock becomes available and will be dispatched on, or shortly after, their release date.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items:

We can ship in-stock items early

A second postage payment will be required to cover the extra shipment
To avoid delays, we recommend purchasing pre-orders separately.
Shipping Methods
Because Bandcamp only allows one delivery option per region, we use the most affordable standard service available:

UK: Royal Mail First Class

International: Royal Mail International Standard
Please note:
These are non-tracked and non-insured services.
We cannot locate items once they have left our facility.
If you require tracked or signed-for delivery, contact us after ordering and we can arrange an upgrade. Additional postage costs will apply, payable via PayPal.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Once all items in your order are available, dispatch will occur within 2 working days after payment clears.
Estimated Delivery Times
🇬🇧 UK: 1–3 working days
🇪🇺 EU: 3–7 working days
🌍 Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Missing Packages
For international orders, Royal Mail does not consider a package lost until 28 days after the expected delivery date.
Please allow:

28 days for international orders
before contacting us regarding a missing item.
If an item is returned due to address errors or failure to collect from your local postal depot, we can:

Re-ship the item (new postage required), or
-
Refund the order minus shipping costs and payment processor fees.
We will notify you if an order is returned to us.

Returns
We accept returns on all physical items within 14 days, as long as they are in re-saleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Damaged Items
We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred during transit (e.g., broken records), as standard postage services do not include insurance.
However — if this happens — please contact us and we will do everything we reasonably can to help.
Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

Allow 14 days for UK

Allow 28 days for international orders
After this period, get in touch and we will investigate further.
Items shipped using standard, untracked delivery are not insured, and we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for losses beyond our control — but we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an incorrect address or missed collection results in the package being returned to us, you may choose to:

Pay for re-shipping, or

Receive a refund for the items minus the original shipping cost and payment processor fees.
These options do not apply if the item is damaged in transit upon return.
